Service Description
This first session sets the foundation for structured, clear co-parenting. We’ll clarify priorities, create communication frameworks, and establish a plan that works for your family. This session helps reduce conflict and creates a safe, consistent environment for your children.
Cancellation Policy
Booking and Payment All sessions must be booked in advance. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session date and time. All fees are non-refundable. Cancellation Policy: If you cancel within 24 hours before your session, the full session fee will be forfeited and is payable by the cancelling parent. No-shows will be charged the full session fee. Rescheduling: Requests to reschedule must be made more than 24 hours prior to your session to avoid cancellation fees. Sessions are subject to availability when rescheduling. Payment Methods We accept online Credit Card payments and bank transfer Your session is not confirmed until full payment is received. Responsibility: The cancelling parent is responsible for any fees incurred from cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of the session. This policy applies regardless of the reason for cancellation.
