Supporting parents to reduce conflict and create calmer paths forward for their children.

Parenting coordination, separation support and counselling-informed guidance for families navigating conflict and change.

Let's talk, book here

You Don’t Have to Navigate This Alone

Conflict, separation, and co-parenting challenges can feel overwhelming. Many parents are doing their best to support their children while managing stress, uncertainty and difficult communication with the other parent.

Having the right support can make a meaningful difference.

How I Can Help:

Parenting Coordination

Supporting parents in ongoing conflict to improve communication and make child-focused decisions.

Separation & Co-Parenting Support

Helping parents navigate separation, parenting arrangements and difficult conversations with greater clarity and calm.

Family & Individual Support

Counselling-informed sessions for parents or families needing support through conflict, change or co-parenting challenges.

My Approach

My work focuses on helping families move away from ongoing conflict and toward more stable, workable co-parenting relationships.

Sessions are guided with a calm, neutral approach that prioritises respectful communication and the wellbeing of children.

Counselling for individuals, couples, and co-parents navigating relationship stress, separation, and family conflict.

Sessions provide a calm, structured space to slow things down, understand patterns, and begin creating healthier ways forward.

Children deserve peace. Parents deserve support.
My role is to bridge that gap with neutrality, structure, and compassion

SUPPORT.
GUIDANCE.  PEACE.

Welcome

My Unique Role

As a Parenting Coordinator and family support practitioner, I provide a neutral and structured space where parents can work through disagreements, improve communication and make practical, child-focused decisions.

Alongside this, counselling-informed sessions offer a supportive space for parents or families to talk through the emotional challenges that often come with separation and co-parenting.

My role is not to take sides or revisit the past, but to guide parents toward healthier communication, thoughtful decisions, and a more stable path forward for their children.

How I Support Families

My work focuses on helping parents and families:

• reduce conflict and ongoing tension
• improve communication and understanding
• make timely, child-focused decisions
• navigate the emotional challenges of separation
• protect children from the impact of parental conflict
• build practical tools for healthier long-term co-parenting

My Values / Philosophy

Children deserve to grow up in an environment where they feel safe, supported and free from the weight of adult conflict.

Parents deserve support during one of the most challenging transitions a family can face.

My role is to help bridge that space — offering calm guidance, emotional support, and practical structure so families can move toward a more stable and peaceful path forward.
