Take the First Step Toward Calmer Co-Parenting

Take the First Step Toward Calmer Co-Parenting.

Reaching out for support can feel like a big step — especially when things already feel overwhelming. You don’t need to have everything figured out before booking. This is simply a space to start.

Choose the session that feels right for you below

You don’t need to be in crisis to book support.
Many parents come simply wanting things to feel calmer, clearer, and more manageable.

Book an Initial Consultation

Taking the first step can feel like a big decision—especially when things already feel stressful or uncertain.

An initial consultation is a simple, structured way to talk through your situation and understand what kind of support will be most helpful.

What to Expect

In your initial consultation, we will:

  • Talk through your current situation and what’s been happening

  • Identify the main challenges or areas of conflict

  • Explore what support might be most useful (counselling, mediation, or parenting coordination)

  • Answer any questions you have about the process

There’s no pressure to commit to anything beyond this session. The goal is to give you clarity about your next steps.

Session Details

  • Format: Online (Australia-wide) or in-person where available

  • Duration: 60 minutes, up to two hours depending on the service required

  • Fee: provided at time of booking

Once you book, you’ll receive confirmation details and any relevant information before your session.

A Calm, Structured Approach

My approach is practical, neutral, and focused on helping you move forward.

This is not about revisiting every detail of the past—it’s about understanding what’s happening now and identifying clear, workable next steps.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do both parents need to attend?
Not necessarily. Some people attend individually to begin with, depending on the situation and the type of support needed.

What if I’m not sure what service I need?
That’s completely fine. The initial consultation helps determine whether counselling, mediation, or parenting coordination is the best fit.

Is this confidential?
Yes, sessions are conducted in a professional and confidential manner, with any limits explained clearly at the outset.

You’re welcome to take this step at your own pace. Support is available when you’re ready.
