All sessions must be booked in advance.

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session date and time.

All fees are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy:

If cancellation is within 24 hours of the session, the full session fee will be forfeited and payment of the fee for BOTH parties is payable by the cancelling parent.

No-shows will be charged the full session fee for BOTH parties.

Rescheduling:

Requests to reschedule must be made at least 36 hours prior to your session to avoid cancellation fees.

Sessions are subject to availability when rescheduling.

Payment Methods:

We accept online Credit Card payments and bank transfer.

Your session is not confirmed until full payment is received.

​

Responsibility:

The cancelling parent is responsible for ALL fees incurred from cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of the session.

​

This policy applies regardless of the reason for cancellation.
